Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

Do you find yourself rushing frantically through each day?

Are you running on "automatic" without much awareness of what you are doing?

Does your stress and worry feel overwhelming?

Learn to live mindfully and wake up to your life. This is an 8-week class of 2-hour sessions. It includes a daylong silent retreat (Oct 13), weekly homework assignments, guided meditations, meditation and yoga cd's, and peer and facilitator support.
