Yoga
Class Levels |
Level 1
For beginners and those who want gentle yoga.
Level 2
For those with some yoga experience who want to advance their
practice. Easy inversions.
Level 3
Stronger poses, held longer. Vinyasa flows, inversions, and arm
balances.
Essential
Yoga Flow
The essence of yoga is union, joining all elements of earth, water, fire
and air with the body through breath and
movement. This strong vinyasa practice will support your inner unity
and strength; awakening compassion.
Ongoing
Easy
A good introductory level class emphasizing flexibility, strength, and
concentration.
Beginning
Flow
For those with some yoga knowledge, an intro to the flowing style
of yoga. Poses are continuous.

You Need to
Know:
• Please be on time
• No cell phones
• Avoid wearing perfumes or scents
• You can drop-in for a class at any time
• Wear comfortable clothes
• Avoid eating 1-2 hours before class
• Talk to your teacher about special needs |

Energizing
Flow
For experienced students. Poses are linked together in a continuous and
challenging movement flow.
Prana
Yoga
A combination of chi kung, chanting, asana, chakra and breath work, designed
to move energy freely.
Beginner
Yoga
For brand new students, the basics: breath, movement and relaxation.
A full yoga experience.
Less
is More
Easy movements for those who choose to move more slowly. Uses chairs, walls,
and restorative poses. Excellent for those recovering from illness.
Pure
Yoga
A classical yoga practice with emphasis on
breath and awareness. It will improve your
mood and lighten your spirit!
Gentle and Restorative
A gentle hatha yoga practice ending with restorative postures. This class is recommended for people recovering from illness or who just want a gentle healing practice.
