Level 1 |

| For beginners and those who want gentle yoga. | |

Essential Yoga Flow |

| The essence of yoga is union, joining all elements of earth, water, fire and air with the body through breath and movement. This strong vinyasa practice will support your inner unity and strength; awakening compassion. | |
Ongoing Easy |

| A good introductory level class emphasizing flexibility, strength, and concentration. | |
Beginning Flow |

| For those with some yoga knowledge, an intro to the flowing style of yoga. Poses are continuous. | |
Energizing Flow |

| For experienced students. Poses are linked together in a continuous and challenging movement flow. | |
Beginner Yoga |

| For brand new students, the basics: breath, movement and relaxation. A full yoga experience. | |
Prenatal Yoga |

| An ongoing class that provides a safe, nurturing series of poses that require no previous yoga experience. | |
Gentle Yoga |

| A gentle hatha yoga practice ending with restorative postures. This class is recommended for people recovering from illness or who just want a gentle healing practice. | |
Yin and Restorative Yoga |

| In Yin yoga, the postures are held for a long time, with emphasis on releasing the hips. Combined with quiet, restorative poses, the class offers deep relaxation. A great adjunct to an active life or an active practice. | |
