Beginning Flow
For those with some yoga knowledge, an intro to the flowing style of yoga. Poses are continuous.
Energizing Flow
For experienced students. Poses are linked together in a continuous and challenging movement flow.
Beginner Yoga
For brand new students, the basics: breath, movement and relaxation. A full yoga experience.
Prenatal Yoga
An ongoing class that provides a safe, nurturing series of poses that require no previous yoga experience.
Gentle Yoga
A gentle hatha yoga practice ending with restorative postures. This class is recommended for people recovering from illness or who just want a gentle healing practice.
